POSITION : Head, Financial Advisory

- Be a team leader that could effectively manage resources
- Conversant with the Investments & Securities Act and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Rules
- Willingness to build an extensive network of business contacts, executive management of clients/prospects and other referral sources, which will enhance ARM Securities’ visibility within our markets.

Minimum Requirements:
- A first degree or equivalent in any discipline with minimum of 10 years cognate experience spanning Corporate Banking and/or Capital Market Operations
- Relevant professional qualification e.g CIS, or Masters degree will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 Years core operational and leadership experience
- A SEC registered individual will have an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Raise capital by detailed research and analysis of equity products and markets,
- Structuring new deals and assessing profitability and risks
- Oversee the preparation of financial and statistical models and report them; developing and presenting appropriate financial solutions.
- Manage a team of analysts performing extensive valuation and pricing analyses
- Work in collaboration with financial institutions, to design and structure clients’ debt obligations, refinancing or restructuring existing arrangements and raising new debts.
- All other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Managing Director
- Responsible for overall strategy of a transaction, including negotiations, client interaction, and management of documentation.
- Participation in the overall firm strategy and ensuring that ARM securities provides high quality execution of its transactions
- Identifying new business opportunities from market by thoroughly researching market conditions and developments
- Originating client relationships
- Managing business development, and transaction planning & execution.
- Provide expertise and advice on transactions e.g. mergers and acquisitions, buy outs, and buy ins, and issuing of bonds and stocks
- Provide key leadership role in the deal execution process
