BSS Consulting Limited a marketing Practitioner company with clients in Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Power, Security, Telecom, Banking and Hospitality industry is  recruiting to fill the position below:

POSITION : Marketer

Qualifications

  • Candidates must possess a good degree in Marketing or Social Sciences from any recognized university or polytechnic and must be a professional member of NIMN.
  • 2 - 5 Years in the Nigerian Market.
  • The candidate must reside in Lagos and ready to travel within the country.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to improve our market share
  • Maintain and utilize an effective sales force
  • Screen and recruit in conjunction with our HR department prospective employees
  • Determining the training needs of our clients sales force and be able to train them
  • Prepare marketing resources forecasts
  • Develop sales force compensation system.
