POSITION : Operation Manager - Wireline Logging
Purpose
- Day to day management of the Company’s Wireline Logging Operations activities
Dimensions
- Key leadership position in improving bottom line results of the company, and significantly expanding the Wireline Logging service offering.
Mandatory experience:
- Wireline logging (production logging/ perforation/ pipe recovery)
- Operations Management
- 5 years min experience
- First degree in Engineering or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Supervise Field Service Managers in all locations, and ensure their performance is aligned with the Company’s Core Values and targets
- Liaise closely with clients, provide advisory & technical support
- Submit operations activities reports to management
- Analyze records of Logging department safety, financial, operations and KPI indicators
- Take corrective strategic actions to improve overall operations performance
- Optimize cost through proper Asset Management, inventory turnover, equipment and consumable orders
- Establish and evaluate company’s new recruits and trainee program
- Manage all operations activities within the set Company’s Core Values, safety leadership, and standard operating procedures
- Manage Operations organization up to front line employees
- Achieve Logging operations targets
- Assist in developing the company’s strategy formulation and business plan
- Resolve conflicts and appraise employees performance
