We are looking for an HR assistant to handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties. Your role is to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries, between HR managers and employees. You will also support our daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes and relevant documents. You will also be involved in recruiting, hiring, and training of new employees.
Requirements:
Sustains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions of the staff. Eligible candidate must have minimum of OND/HND/Bsc in Human resources or related field and must be a residence of Lagos state.
Skills:
Strong communications skills
Excellent organizational skills
Hands on experience with an HRIS or HRMS
PC literacy (MS Office, in particular)
Responsibilities:
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
Communicate with public services when necessary
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
