Willis Towers Watson Nigeria Limited is an Insurance Brokerage Firm registered with the National Insurance Commission of Nigeria (NAICOM). We are recruiting to fill the position below:
POSITION : Assistant Manager, Business Development
Qualification
- Must possess a First Degree or equivalent from a reputable higher Institution.
- Advanced Degree in Business Administration will be an added advantage
- Must possess relevant professional certifications/qualification. Certification in Insurance (ACII/AIIN) would be an added advantage.
- A minimum of 5 - 7 years of working experience in Business Development, Sales and Marketing.
- Previous experience in successfully growing business in an Insurance Broking Company would be an added advantage.
- Candidates should possess a good attitude to work, willingness to learn and should be able to express themselves clearly.
Competencies/Personal Attributes:
- A thoroughbred professional in sales and marketing.
- Experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing plan.
- An effective team leader and good team player.
- Analytic and decisive with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Ability to initiate business ideas that will generate income for the Company.
- Experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing plan.
- Must possess a high level of Integrity and ethics.
- Must be dedicated and desirous to deliver beyond expectation zealously.
- Demonstrate understanding of the Insurance value chain and in particular the Insurance brokerage market.
- Poise personality.
- High interpersonal skills, a collaborative and flexible style, with a strong service mentality.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
