RESPONSIBILITIES • Meeting and exceeding company’s recruitment and consulting targets • Developing new channels of business • Follow up on clients to secure and seal deals • Manage HR/Organization development consulting project. • Manage the recruitment process(from sourcing to placement) SKILLS/QUALIFICATION • Minimum of OND/B.Sc/M.Sc in a relevant discipline. • Very strong business development skills. • Self –motivated and target oriented. • Ability to work effectively in a team.
