We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT/Technical Support Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Must independently operate, inspect, diagnose, and perform repair for system problems and be capable of taking immediate actions to resolve malfunctions
  • Assist in the establishment of a highly functional and robust control room system. Incorporate standard maintenance practices and manufacturers recommendations for the performance of routine and preventative maintenance
  • Provide on-site maintenance, adjustments, and minor repairs of the Electronic Security System (ESS) (Closed-Circuit Television, Intrusion Detection Systems, and Access Control Systems), computer equipment, communication transmission equipment, IDS sensors, video equipment, and support equipment
  • Perform service on all installed electronic security system products, which may include but not limited to the following:
    • Intrusion detection systems and equipment
    • CCTV systems and equipment
    • IP video systems and equipment
    • Electronic access control systems and equipment
    • Network based systems
    • Remote monitoring sites
  • Provide on-site and remote customer support
  • Interact in a professional manner with customers to foster positive customer relations
  • Maintain effective communication with support team
  • Communicate serious problems to appropriate team members.
