Job Title: Premium Administration Officer - Life Operations
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Preparation of Statement of Accounts for maturity, surrender and loans
- Management of inquiries relating to premium collection from various internal/external Clients;
- Prepare statement of account, where requested, to also send out statement of account to all clients on a yearly and/or half yearly basis.
- To vet generated statement against the captured inflows to ensure that there is no under or over statement of the client’s account
- Investigating administration discrepancies and matching receipted premiums against bank balances
- Adherence to teams SLA or operational manual
- Group Life commission processing and Individual Life commission schedule generation
- Other tasks/responsibilities as assigned/required
Requirements
- First Degree (i.e. HNd/BSc/B.Ed/B.A/e.t.c)
- Experience
- A minimum of two years of experience in Life Premium Administration
