Qualifications and Education

  • HND/B.Sc in Marketing, Sales, Pharmacy, Radiology, Microbiology, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or any related field
  • 2 – 4 years’ work experience as a pharmaceutical sales rep or medical sales rep

  • Market Strategist with ability to manage assigned territory/region/city
  • Strong Interpersonal & Communication skills

Job Title: Accounts Officer
Location: Nigeria

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare, examine & maintain financial records, ensure records are accurate & taxes are paid as and when due
  • Review the financial operations of the business
  • Ensure that statements and records comply with laws and regulations
  • Compute taxes owed, prepare tax returns, ensure prompt payment
  • Inspect account books and accounting systems to keep up to date
  • Improve businesses efficiency where money is concerned
  • Make bestpractices recommendations to management
  • Suggest ways to reduce costs, enhance revenues and improve profits
  • Provide auditing services for businesses and individuals

Education & Experience 

  • HND/B.Sc. in Accounting
  • ICAN/ ACCA certified
  • 23 years’ work experience in similar role

Requirements

  • BSc degree in any field
  • 2 – 4 years’ client/customer service experience preferably with a banking background
  • CRM certified
  • Familiarity with Pharmaceutical products, services and pharmaceutical distribution operations will be an added advantage

Required Skills:

  • Excellent proven customer service skills, able to interact with a variety of clients with tact and diplomacy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to read clients expressions
  • Good persuasion and analytical skills
  • Friendly and compassionate
  • Good organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and creatively in order to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle escalated issues by proactively evaluating and recommending solutions to Customer challenges
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
