Job Title: Quality Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- To Ensure all the quality control standards are maintained
- To ensure all materials received are of right & agreed specifications
- To ensure all the finished products are as per quality standards
- To ensure renewal of all the regulatory licenses NAFDAC, OGEPA etc.
- To ensure QMS system implementation & ISO 9001 2015 maintenance
- To Ensure all Good Manufacturing practices are followed as per industry standards
- Training of new quality control personnel.
- Maintenance & calibration of lab equipment.
Requirements
- Education: B.Sc – Chemistry & MSc – Food Technology
- Work Experience: Minimum 15 years’ experience as Quality Assurance Manager in Process Industry.
- Back Ground: Should have minimum of 5 years as a Quality Assurance Manager out of 15 years.
- Age: 40 +
- Type of companies: Process Industry preferable in Alcoholic & Non-alcoholic beverages production like distilleries, soft drink, juices etc.
Job Title: Treasury Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Posting of all bank payments and relevant journal entries.
- He shall be responsible for the reconciliation of bank accounts on weekly basis
- He is to ensure reconciliation of weekly branch bank current accounts
- Timely treatment of outstanding issues.
- Prompt disbursement of cash.
- Maintenance of proper accounting books & records.
Requirements
- He or she must hold a B.Sc or HND in Accounting
- Minimum of 1 year working experience
- The incumbent must be comfortable with accounting principles and excellent analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research and analytical skills.
Job Title: Retail Development Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Closely track brand performance at the retail market, local market competition activities and peer group analysis review:-
- Tracking performance vs target vs competition
- Competitive monitoring and insight generation
- Track trade value chain and competitive offtake bi-weekly
- Sales – Ensuring Primary and Secondary Targets are met
- To monitor schemes re-distribution so as to drive sales objectives
- Track sales vehicle and generate weekly report for management decisions
- To ensure improvement in Retail Development Executive productivity using various tools
- Compile and deliver business intelligence reports on SALES VANS, BUS and TRICYCLE scheme to end users on regular basis
- To ensure timely communication of schemes, new models, events etc. to Retailers
- To monitor and ensure structured Standard Operating Procedure for Field Force
- To ensure a strong network against competition
- To ensure range selling in specified channel
- Responsible for gathering of territory and Area level field data to keep the system in check; spot check/back check brand activities/retail activations
- Run queries on own data (Business Objectives) and performs analysis to support decision making process; give/enhance a competitive edge.
- Leverages Google Analytics reporting tools to analyze and report on site visitor/customer activities and identify areas for improvement; measure search behavior, conversion rates, referrals, purchase patterns.
- Provides integrated marketing analytical trends across customers and channels, contributing to in-market action plans.
Requirements
- He or she must hold a B.Sc or HND in any field
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ working sales experience
- The incumbent must be comfortable with traveling to different part of the country and must be organized to keep track of brand details
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively, forecast and identify trends and challenges
- Budget-management skills and proficiency
- 3+ years’ experience in brand or product management
- Strong project management skills
- Exceptional verbal and report presentation abilities
