Job Title: Performance Management Officer
Location: Lagos

Job Description

Successful candidates will design and develop performance monitoring templates for individual, departmental and team performance review and analysis.

Requirements

B.Sc/HND in any Social Science Course or related field with a minimum of Second Class Lower degree or Lower credit.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good Analytical Skills and MUST be proficient in Microsoft Excel
Must have a minimum of 2 years post NYSC experience.

Job Title: Technical Officer
Location: Lagos

Job Description

Successful candidates will work in various units of the organization.

Requirements

B.Sc/HND in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Physics or any related field.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Effective problem-solving and technical skills.
Good Analytical Skills and proficiency in Microsoft office
1-2 years relevant experience is an added advantage

Job Title: Risk Manager
Location: Lagos

Job Description

Successful candidate will carry out general and specific audit for compliance in all areas of the company’s activities; the Risk Manager will be responsible for oversight responsibilities.

Requirements

B.Sc/HND in Accounting or any related field with a minimum of Second Class Lower degree or Lower credit.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good Analytical Skills and Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Must have a minimum of 4years post NYSC work experience within an Audit environment.
Membership of a professional body would be an added advantage.

Job Title: Risk Management Inspector
Location: Lagos

Job Description

Successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing and monitoring company risk.

Requirements

B.Sc/HND in Accounting, Economics, Finance etc with a minimum of Second Class Lower division or Lower Credit.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good Analytical Skills and Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Minimum of 1-2 years relevant post NYSC experience.

Job Title: Performance Management Supervisor
Location: Lagos

Job Description

Successful candidate will analyze and manage safety, operational and corporate performance indicators that is key to the success of the organization.

Requirements

B.Sc/HND in any Social Science course or related field with a minimum of Second Class Lower degree or Lower credit.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to develop, implement, and interpret policies, procedures, and processes and evaluate their effectiveness.
Ability to plan, coordinate, and assign the work to others.
Knowledge of administration and human resources management principles, practices, and procedures.
Good Analytical Skills and MUST be Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Must have a minimum of 3-4 years post NYSC work experience in Performance Management.
A postgraduate degree will be an added advantage
