Job Title: Industrial Automation Engineer
Location: Lagos
Job Description

• Controls and Automation engineer with the role of designing and developing software for drilling applications based on given requirements and specification. The candidate should have a good understanding of basic machine controls which include induction motor control using AC Drives, MCCs, hydraulic/pneumatics and valve controls.
• Control software development will also include developing machine control algorithms for PLC based systems. HMI design and implementation, instrumentation and sensor interface, data logging, and communication interfaces with other industrial processors like PLC’s.
• Duties will include generation of Design documentation, PLC Code, HMI applications, Bill of Materials, Network Architectures, One Line Drawing, Operations manuals.
• Responsible for commissioning new equipment or drilling rigs in the yard, including deployment, testing and preparing related documentation
• Responsible of sustaining current rig applications and debugging / fixing issues that are reported in the field. This could be by answering calls and working with technicians, remotely connecting to rig system and troubleshoot, or by traveling to the rig site and working with rig personnel to fix the issue.
• Maintain product safety in all designs
• Perform design prototyping, including field implementing and testing
• Perform basic troubleshooting of communication networks and wiring issues with PLCs and other NW components
• Support management on Intellectual property issues.

• Conduct all on-line quality checks as required for each specific machine and raw product.
• Conduct mechanical troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and line changeovers of each specific machine.
• Write all reports associated with proper operation of equipment, including computer operations.

Job Title: Filling Machine Technician
Location: Lagos
Job Description

• Operate packaging machinery of several types at varying stages of the production line, performing actions quickly and safely at all times
• Sort and weigh products after packaging to ensure requirements are met and no mistakes have been made
• Apply labels and transfer products to the final shipping area, keeping them organized to aid in shipping crew’s job
• Perceive the production line ahead of you to anticipate errors and make adjustments as needed to prevent slowing down more than necessary
• Perform simple hourly maintenance on your machine to ensure it is completely functional and safe to operate
• Complete paperwork and other minor administrative tasks at the beginning and end of your shift, carefully ensuring all information is entered correctly and clearly
• Support other machine operators to ensure no workers become fatigued or distracted during daily operation
• Report malfunctions or errors to supervising staff immediately and relay important information about the issue

Job Title: Water Treatment Operator
Location: Rivers
Job Description

• Produce potable water for the Southwest Pipeline Project, in accordance with all state and federal regulations.
• Understand water treatment theory / technology and apply that knowledge to the water treatment process / production.
• Operate a Class IV water treatment plant which includes:
  • Monitoring of gauges, flowmeters, charts, system control computer, etc.
  • Conducting water analysis tests such as hardness, alkalinity, PH, turbidity, chlorine residual, etc., for treatment process control.
  • Determine chemical feed rates and adjust chemical dosages with approval of Class IV WTPO.
  • Determine and maintain proper flow rates and in accordance with water consumption demand.
  • Maintain treatment records in accordance with SWA, state and federal regulations.
  • Backwash filters as needed.
• Conduct water analysis tests to ensure safety and water quality by collecting representative water samples and testing for contaminants and properties such as color, odor, chlorine levels, nitrification, etc.
• Collect representative water samples to be used by other agencies for water analysis testing for regulation compliance.
• Ensures that plant operations are in compliance with operating guidelines and that treated water is safe and acceptable entering the distribution system.
• Maintains all required records such as operating logs, chemical and repair part inventories, maintenance logs; distributes information to internal and external personnel.
• Performs routine preventive maintenance on plant equipment to include: operating adjustments and calibrations on equipment, basic mechanical and electrical work and cleaning, lubricating and replacing equipment parts.
• Perform building and grounds maintenance as needed, including mowing, painting.
