Job Title: Machine Technician
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- We are looking to recruit Machine Technicians that has experience with powder and liquid packaging machines.
Job Description
- Manage machine operations and handle troubleshooting.
- To achieve daily production target with minimum or zero rejections.
- To take ownership of machine operations and ensure compliance with efficiency and maintenance.
- To handle machine operations and meet daily production targets with zero or minimum quality issues.
- To ensure machine cleaning, servicing, installation as per the schedule and indirect supervision of production supervisor.
- To alert FRT/ART for any unusual occurrence and/or damage that has taken place or that may occur.
- To assure safety resources and standards are used and been followed while doing any job.
- To maintain appropriate documentation of maintenance schedules, history cards, equipment installation, structural repairs and work orders and other operating reports.
Requirements
- Must have experience with powder and liquid packaging machines.
- Diligent, smart and hardworking.
Job Title: Packaging Technician
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Generating new packaging products in response to briefs
- Ensuring that packaging products meet set requirements and specifications
- Producing samples to try out different materials and designs
- Liaising with marketing, purchasing and production staff
- Running trials to check the packaging for suitability and testing for performance under various conditions
- controlling production and quality standards
- Evaluating, selecting and negotiating with suppliers
- Identifying and choosing products from suppliers
- Writing reports
- Keeping up to date with technological innovations.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- Have electrical background
- Diligent and Hardworking.
Job Title: Production Engineer
Location: Lagos
Job Duties
- Have an extensive knowledge and expertise about the manufacturing and production process
- Study, monitor, test, and make recommendations for the manufacturing process.
- Understand consumer requirements and conduct focus group testing
- Coordinating various procedures
- Implementing project schedules
- Delivering quality engineering solutions
- Guiding the production team members
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Production, Manufacturing or related field.
- 3 years minimum experience.
- Ability to interpret complex drawings
- Communication and listening skills
- Being adaptable and willing
