AETI Power Systems and Controls Limited is a foremost engineering consulting company in Nigeria rendering the following services in the power sector: Hands-on Technical Training, Power Projects and Consulting Services, Technical Recruitment and Outsourcing Services, Procurement and Supply of Power Equipment and Facilities Management Services to the Power Sector.

Job Title: Learning & Development Specialist

Location: Lagos

The Requirements

  • Strong business development skills
  • Good contacts across various sectors of the economy
  • Ability to prepare business proposals , make effective presentations and structure training programmes
  • Administrator and Management of training programmes
  • Ability to work in performance driven environment.

The Person

  • B.Sc/MSc in Business Admin or related disciplines
  • Not less than five years experience in a well structured training and development Company.
