We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Analyst - Customer Service

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Work Hours: Shifting Schedule
Role: Customer Service Operator
Dress Code: Smart Casual

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service (non-voice), both inbound and outbound (customer interactions will take place via typed responses)
Outbound Sales: Send out emails to business prospects and qualified targets / leads
Organized engagement and follow up with customers and client prospects
Work closely with assigned manager to provide speedy response and resolution to customer enquiries
Various back-office tasks (transcriptions, content moderation, data inputting, and more)
General organization and task tracking

Qualifications

Minimum 2.2 from a reputable University
At least 2-3 years of work experience, preferably at a call/contact center, within banking operations or at a high customer traffic (customer service) environment
Touch typing
Proficient in use of email, google calendar and task management applications
