Coscharis Mobility Limited (CML) - Our client, with exponential growth plans in Nigeria, are seeking the services of suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Assistant to MD

Reference No: CMO-04
Location: Lagos

Summary

  • Must be a good communicator.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Must be a computer literate. ie Microsoft.

Responsibilities 

  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls managing diaries and organizing.meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
  • Organizing events and conferences.

Requirements 

  • HND/B.Sc degree in Business Administration/Management.
