Pruvia Integrated Limited - Our client, a key player in the Real Estate industry, is recruiting a suitably qualified candidate to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • Due to expansion of business, we are seeking a result driven and target oriented Business Manager who will build and manage his own team
  • The ideal candidate should possess an in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and with excellent track records with achievement.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Formulates and implements marketing strategies.
  • Identifies and generates prospects through marketing strategy.
  • Builds, manage and generate leads and teams.
  • Develop proposal that speak to client’s needs, concerns and objectives while maintaining company profitability.
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop company’s unique value

Requirements

  • Must possess proven ability to close deals
  • Must possess excellent targeting and prospecting skills in the Real Estate Industry.
  • Must be an analytical thinker, problem solver, and goal oriented.
  • Must have an outstanding communication, and presentation skills.
  • Must be a team player with excellent leadership skills.
  • Minimum experience of 5 years as a Business Development Managerin the Real Estate with track records of achievements.
  • HND/ B.Sc in Business Administration, Estate Management or related field.
