Job Title: Business Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- Due to expansion of business, we are seeking a result driven and target oriented Business Manager who will build and manage his own team
- The ideal candidate should possess an in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and with excellent track records with achievement.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Formulates and implements marketing strategies.
- Identifies and generates prospects through marketing strategy.
- Builds, manage and generate leads and teams.
- Develop proposal that speak to client’s needs, concerns and objectives while maintaining company profitability.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop company’s unique value
Requirements
- Must possess proven ability to close deals
- Must possess excellent targeting and prospecting skills in the Real Estate Industry.
- Must be an analytical thinker, problem solver, and goal oriented.
- Must have an outstanding communication, and presentation skills.
- Must be a team player with excellent leadership skills.
- Minimum experience of 5 years as a Business Development Managerin the Real Estate with track records of achievements.
- HND/ B.Sc in Business Administration, Estate Management or related field.
