Rydal Mews is a limited liability company focusing on real estate management and property development. With our comprehensive vision based on a diverse range of activities in the field of real estate development we are renowned for purchasing, selling and developing land and management of real estate properties.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Maintenance Officer/Handy Man

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology and so on
  • Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security
  • Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary
  • Implement preventive maintenance measures
  • Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
  • Complete inspections of offices and rooms with Facilities/Maintenance Manager
  • Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol
  • Perform other maintenance duties as requested.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
  • Applicant must live within ajah axis.
