Kydal Office Point - Our client, a food company located in the heart of Ibadan, currently needs the services of a qualified candidate, to fill the position below:
Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Job Description
- Coordinate daily restaurant management operations
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints
- Maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
- Possess management skills and experience in both front and back of the house.
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Train new employees on proper customer service practices
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
Requirements
- 5 to7 years proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for diplomatically handling staff and customers
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability to cope under pressure, since restaurant management can be challenging
- Strong managerial, motivational and people skills
- Good reporting skills
- B.Sc degree/HND in any relevant course
- Must live in Ibadan.
