We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Implementation Specialist

Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Job type: Full-time

About the Job

We are looking for Implementation Specialists to ensure that purchased software systems meet clients’ technical needs.
Their job is to customise the software according to the client's needs and specifications, teach clients how to use it, and install customised software systems once approved.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients following the sale of software packages to collect data and other information required to customise software systems
Create a project plan for each client, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely installation required to customise software systems
Communicate with clients throughout the software customisation process to obtain feedback and approval
Customize software systems based on client's needs and specifications
Educate clients on how to use purchased software systems
Create a specialised document for each client detailing all customisations made
Install customised software systems and all necessary components
Ensure the project team is aware of key deliverables and project milestones
Provide cost and time estimates to clients who require additional customisation.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or a related field.
Previous experience working as an implementation specialist
Sound technical knowledge
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and SQL database management systems.
Ability to multitask effectively
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Exceptional communications and customer service skills
