Job Description
- Our client is currently looking for a persuasive and energetic Customer Service Officer with minimum of one year experience, who is ready to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction.

- You answer clients’ questions via phone calls or emails enquiries and gathering feedback from existing and prospective clients
- Present ideas for improving customer care and make recommendations to improve client’s experience.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE with at least 1+ years’ experience working in related role
- Sound knowledge of exceptional service strategies and customer satisfaction
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Be self-assured and purpose driven.

Required Skills:
- Client first attitude
- Good communications and exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

- Salary Range –N50,000 - N80,000per month
