The developer (M-P Infrastructure Ltd) envisions a new residential layout whose development will boost economic activity while increasing the quality of housing in the state capital territory. The commercial avenue, cascaded to include developments such as worship centres, recreational establishments, offices, malls, restaurants etc. enables AMC facilitate the concept of Live, work & play as a one stop destination. AMC will be underpinned by quality municipal infrastructure, seamlessly integrated via the adoption of technology, that will guarantee seamless provision of requisite amenities needed to sustain a good quality lifestyle. Owing to its adoption of technology in various components of the development, AMC is poised to become the first smart city in the South East upon completion.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Awka, Anambra

Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing and overseeing company's overall sales strategy.

Responsibilities

  • To develop new business relationships, identify prospects and follow through till the sale is closed.
  • Utilize systems and coordinates customer service requirements as appropriate.
  • Prepare a proper marketing report on sales activities to superiors through scheduled reporting structure.
  • Design/ draft content filled proposals to prospective clients.
  • Arrange/design advertising to promote the property(ies)
  • To maintain effective relationships with existing clients in order to retain business
  • Present Awka Millennium City to potential clients through face-to-face meetings, calls and emails.
  • Schedule and conduct site visits and follow up effectively with client till closure.

KPI

  • Generate new leads on monthly basis.
  • Meet at least 60% of monthly target.
  • Increase social media presence by 10% monthly.
  • Keep an accurate record.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
  • 3 - 5 years work experience.
