We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admin Manager (Manufacturing)

Locations: Abuja and Onitsha, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time
Sector: Manufacturing (food & Beverage)

Responsibilities

  • Managing overall administrative activities for the office.
  • Responsible for day-to-day facility operations.
  • Supervising the maintenance and alteration of office areas & equipment’s.
  • Purchasing office supplies, furniture, office equipment’s etc for staff.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information.
  • Maintains working relationships and communicate with all departments.
  • Oversee day to day operations.

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc.
  • 5 years+ experience as an Admin Manager in a Manufacturing company.
  • HSE knowledge.
  • Experience in policy formulation is an added advantage.
  • Must be Knowledgeable in the use of computer packages.
  • Communication skills.
  • Expatriate handling.
