We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales / Customer Service Representative

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • We are looking for a dedicated and reliable sales/customer service representative to join our web design sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Contact new and existing clients
  • One-on-one interaction with a prospective client (if required)
  • Generate new sales online or offline
  • Serve as an intermediary between web design team and clients
  • Generate invoices, quotes for new and existing clients
  • Daily report to management team
  • Customer service support
  • Manage the company's social media accounts

Requirements
The preferred candidate must have:

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 1 - 3 years experience.
  • Outstanding knowledge of web design, web hosting, web advertising
  • Good communication skills with a strong command of the English language
  • Good writing and typing skills
  • Good knowledge of Internet
  • Strong sales background
  • Outstanding telemarketing skills
  • Outstanding customer support skills
  • Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of how search engines (Google) works
  • Strong social media skills, especially Instagram and Facebook
  • Option to work from home
  • Preferred candidates MUST have good knowledge of web design industry with marketing experience and live within Ajah, Lagos or surrounding areas.

Salary
N60,000 - N100,000 / month.
