We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IS Administrator (Network & Call Center Infrastructure)

Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Contract Type: Full-time
Department: Tech

Responsibilities

Install and configure software and hardware.
Manage network servers and technology tools.
Set up accounts and workstations.
Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
Troubleshoot issues and outages.
Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.
Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies.
Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
Installing and configuring software, hardware, and networks.
Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.
Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent.
CCNA Certification or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience in supporting IT Infrastructure with expertise in managing call center operations.
