Job Description
- Our client is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Systems Compliance Manager to oversee and ensure compliance with quality management systems within the organization.
- The Systems Compliance Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining quality standards, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management systems and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a robust quality management system to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Establish quality policies, procedures, and work instructions that align with organizational objectives
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with quality management systems, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and requirements throughout the organization
- Monitor and track key quality performance indicators, analyzing data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Develop and deliver quality training programs to enhance awareness and understanding of quality standards and processes
- Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices, and make recommendations for system enhancements
- Lead external audits and inspections, ensuring preparedness and providing necessary documentation and evidence
- Support the investigation and resolution of quality-related issues and customer complaints
- Drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement by promoting awareness, accountability, and participation in quality initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in quality management systems, compliance, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of quality management standards and frameworks, such as ISO 9001 or similar
- Experience in conducting internal audits and managing external audits and inspections
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards applicable to the industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
Salary Range
N300,000 - N450,000 / month.
