Asset Management Group is a leading consultancy firm that provides financial and business advisory services and leaders in the area of real estate conceptualization from inception to finish. AMG Ltd was incorporated to acquire and develop real estate assets in major cities in Nigeria. The firm has earned a reputation for conceptualizing and concept development of projects including engineering, developing, and adapting very novel ideas into the local environment.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Resources Mobilization

Location: Lagos

Job Description
Strategic Planning and External Engagement:

Under the guidance of the COO Program and in consultation with management, provide support to the overall strategic planning process by revisiting and ensuring the up-to-date of funding strategy.
Participate in external networking events and donor receptions in as required.
Engage with partners, members and promote opportunities that align with MMF and member priorities.
Identify and facilitate dialogue between MMF and key donors to ensure their knowledge of our programming, sharing concepts and other opportunities for collaboration.

Resource Mobilization:

Working closely with partners and other stakeholders, collect donor intelligence and undertake a donor mapping focused sectors.
Maintain relevant trackers and planners to monitor RM performance and submit regular updates to the Coo program and management.
Carry out in depth reviews of unsuccessful proposals to identify reasons and any lessons learned. Document, share and develop plans to address identified weaknesses.
Work with Communication teams to develop marketing materials and presentations for MMF for external use.
Work with program teams to identify gaps in the funding portfolio for out years and work closely with members to support the development of proactive concept papers that are marketable to donors.
Supervise and ensure proper facilitation of project design workshops, developing concept papers, full proposals, and budgets, ensuring that high quality standards are met and that proposals meet donor and member requirements.
Clearly identify roles and responsibilities and key actions for proposal development for MMF and ensure that there is a robust internal review process in place to ensure quality proposals are submitted.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years relevant work experience.
