Kendrick Global Consult is a professional loan recovery agency working with so many Financial Institutions in order to help recover back their bad loans.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

1.) Loan Collector

2.) Recovery Officer

3.) Customer Service Representative

Location: Abule Egba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: 5 working days/week

Description 

  • The Ideal candidate should understand how to manage clients.
  • Make calls to customers to pay their outstanding debt.
  • Send messages to customers.
  • Guide customers through the payment process.
  • Persuade reluctant customers to make payments promptly.
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets.
  • Give a proper and correct report of work.

General Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND, OND with 0 - 2 years of work experience.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Should be willing to work from the office (Monday-Saturday) 1 day off
  • 5 working days / week

Salary
N50,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
