Tranter IT Infrastructure Services Limited (TITIS) is a spin-off of Tranter International Company. Tranter International Company was incorporated in November 1989 under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The Company's registered address is at 3/6, Alhaji Adejumo Avenue, Ilupeju Industrial Estate, Lagos State, Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Research and Technical Content Specialist

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

ResponsibilitiesResearch and Analysis:

Conduct thorough research on industry trends, customer behavior, and market insights to identify key findings and develop data-driven reports.
Utilize our AI-powered research platform to analyze customer data, extract meaningful insights, and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
Collaborate with the research and development team to continuously improve our data analysis methodologies and algorithms.

Content Creation:

Develop engaging and informative content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog articles, and product documentation, that demonstrate the value and benefits of our AI-powered research platform.
Write clear and concise content that effectively communicates complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the content aligns with the company's branding, tone, and messaging guidelines.

Thought Leadership:

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, advancements in AI technology, and customer research methodologies.
Proactively identify opportunities to showcase the company's expertise through speaking engagements, industry conferences, and thought leadership articles.

Client Engagement:

Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to understand client needs and develop customized research reports and content that align with their goals.
Participate in client meetings and presentations to effectively communicate research findings and insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
3 years of experience as a Research and Technical Content Specialist, or in a similar role.
Strong background in research methodologies, data analysis, and statistical techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a diverse audience.
Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software (e.g., Python, R, Excel) and experience with AI-powered research platforms is desirable.
Knowledge of customer research methodologies, customer journey mapping, and customer segmentation is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Prior experience in creating technical content, such as whitepapers, case studies, or product documentation, is advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 / Month (Net)
