Checkoff Finance provides loan products for salary earners in approved organizations to cover gaps in their finances. Purpose of the loan is not regulated and we are licensed to make direct deductions from salaries at source. We are in partnership with Federal Government Agencies to provide this service to their employees.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Remote Telesales Officer

Location: Opebi, Ikeja - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Resumption: August 2023
Working System: Fully remote after One month Training

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word.
  • Must have completed NYSC.
  • Must have a functioning laptop and phone.
  • Must be available for one month of onsite training at our Office in Opebi, Lagos before resumption.
  • A fast learner, team player, with strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

What does a day on the job look like?

  • Contacting potential customers to inform them about Checkoff Finance’s products.
  • Directing prospects to the customer experience team when needed
  • Uploading, processing and monitoring customer’s request via appropriate channels to ensure customer success.
  • Liaise with customer experience team in handling grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  • Optimal utilization of all sales tools and resources to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
  • Keeping adequate records of call logs and sales for administrative purposes.

Salary
N40,000NGN+ commission.
