Willers Solutions Limited - Our client, a reputable firm in the Paint and Chemical sector, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Application Support/ Colour Matcher

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Support the Sales and Marketing group with product trials, training, technical specification recommendation, colour matching.
To implement high-quality standards and to support customers’ needs and provide necessary training for continuous improvement on overall productivity.
Responsible for vehicle audits/trials.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
To develop and execute all the relevant applicable SOP's. To ensure process transactions are executed as per defined methods and communication system.
To implement the right process of product usage at customers site.
Conduct trials of new or existing products and support the Sales Team to WIN business. Provide necessary training to the customers personnel for continuous improvement on the usage of products and maintain food safety standards of the company.
Application Support will act as process owner for the Technical side of the business. Designing the application SOP of the range of products.
To work on Technical support, Training and Food Safety audit as per Organizational Requirement and feedback of sales and marketing team.
Detailed root cause study for any product variation and customer complaints and to submit report of the same to Management.
To prepare all applicable reports in time for accuracy and in order to ensure that they match the functional requirements, policies and standards.
To assess the various information tools, identify improvement opportunities and pinpoint bottleneck areas to further increase sales volume, market share and profitability
Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, health and environmental procedures across the department in order to promote a healthy and safe work environment.
To perform other related duties or assignment as and when assigned.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Diploma / Graduate Degree in any discipline.
Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 8 years would be needed in application support/colour matching in a reputed body shop / auto assembly line.
Have experience of using auto refinish paint/ colour matching experience
Will be responsible for colour matching while painting cars with existing coating, provide technical support, training etc.
