Tyrbats Nigeria Limited is an indigenous enterprise engaging in the sales and distribution of automotive parts and tyres. Our head office is located in Ikorodu. We equally have a branch on Egbeda Idimu Road. In addition to sales of auto spare parts, we also handle minor repairs on vehicles such as lube services, brakes, and auto diagnosis.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Assistant

Location: Egbeda, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

  • Our would-be Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for attending to customers' inquiries, issuing invoices, receiving goods and ensuring that stock records are updated.
  • He or She will have the responsibility of ensuring that daily, weekly, and monthly targets are achieved.
  • The job holder will also ensure that customer service experience is top-notch and must regularly obtain feedback from the customer and report to the management.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND with 3 - 5 years work experience.

Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 monthly.
