Eat 'N’ Go Limited is a restaurant group on a mission to become the premier food operator in Africa. So far, our growing family consists of three international brands, Domino's Pizza, Cold Stone Creamery & Pinkberry. Eat ‘N’ Go limited officially started operation in August 2012 with the premier store at 4, Saka Tinubu Victoria Island, Lagos. Today, Eat N' Go has about 100 stores (outlet) across Nigeria and still growing.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quality Control Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Reporting of noncompliance, deviation in standard and possible work hazard,
  • Implementing FSMS,
  • Weekly soon to expire update,
  • Ensuring FEFO and FIFO is followed
  • Strict adherence to company policy and operating procedures.
  • Adequate knowledge of food hazards,
  • Ensuring GMP and GHP

Qualifications

  • B.Sc in related field
  • 2+ years experience in the same field
  • Experience in a QSR business is an added advantage
  • Process control
  • Documentation
  • Great auditing and inspection skill
  • High level of verbal and written skill,
  • Good communication skill,
  • Microsoft office
  • Knowledge of NAV or SAP is a must
