We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Cinematographer and Videographer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
The Cinematographer/ Video Editor shall have amongst others, the following primary responsibilities:

Write or adapt a story into a script.
Ensure logical sequencing running of video/film.
Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process.
Create visually stunning video assets and other video content with high visual impact
Develop an overall video brand messaging strategy.
Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing.
Perform video and audio editing based on story sequence and continuity.

Video Editing
Video Content Ideation.

Job Requirements

Candidates should possess an OND qualification
1 - 3 years experience in a similar role
Prior Experience working with real estate companies will be an added advantage
Must be able to operate drones
Must be a seasoned editor
Must be knowledgeable about motion graphics
Must be able to actualize the vision of the brand concept.

Competences and Qualities:

Conversant with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc. and a good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator as it applies video post-production.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills - people management and leadership skills.
Highly motivated, flexible & proactive
Highly focused, disciplined, self-driven and goal-oriented
Must be a creative mind and possess a great storytelling skill.
In-depth understanding of the real estate industry, including operations, product and service offerings, players, key trends and growth drivers.
Must have an artistic vision, ability to conceptualize, creativity, pay attention to detail, and ability to both give and follow given instructions.
Must Possess a win-win attitude

Salary
N90,000 Monthly.
