Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • As a Front Desk Officer, you will be the first point of contact for guests and clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
  • Greet guests and provide outstanding customer service in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Keep the front desk area neat, presentable, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Accept and distribute letters, packages, and emails to the appropriate departments.
  • Your responsibilities will include managing calls, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments within the company.
  • Answer client questions and incoming calls, redirecting calls as needed, and taking messages.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the office.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or front desk role, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Professional and presentable appearance.
  • Knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
