AWACASH MFB Limited is a microfinance Bank licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria to provide banking services for persons in the lower tier of the economy. The MFB is able to achieve this by providing affordable credit and saving facilities to economically active persons. An array of products have been designed to meet the needs of the various client based been served.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Junior Marketer

Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Execute field marketing activities to promote company products/services.
  • Engage with potential customers to communicate product benefits.
  • Distribute marketing materials in targeted locations.
  • Gather customer feedback and report insights to the marketing team.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve marketing goals.
  • Represent the company professionally at promotional events.
  • Track and report on marketing campaign performance.
  • Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a positive brand image.

Requirements

  • OND qualification
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant field marketing experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving marketing objectives
  • Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles.
