Salve Consulting Limited - Our client, a Beauty Spa, located in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos State, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Spa Manager

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job description

  • Our Client is looking to hire a Spa Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the spa.
  • In this position, the ideal candidate will hire and train staff members, delegate tasks to staff, and set schedules.
  • They will also be responsible for the performance of the spa by developing marketing campaigns, whether through advertising campaigns or social media posts.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the Spa
  • Create a weekly staff schedule
  • Hire and train employees
  • Oversee marketing and customer relationship management initiatives
  • Fill any non-specialized roles when employees are absent
  • Ensure the organization complies with all employment laws and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
  • Previous experience in role is required
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Good Social media skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Cosmetology or other spa-related experience is a plus
  • People Management experience
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Time Management Skills

Salary
N200,000 / month.
