Shulifang Biotechnology is a Chinese company located in the Lekki Free Zone, Lagos Nigeria. which produces and manages household daily necessities, such as dishwashing liquid, powder detergent, edible oil, etc

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Administrative Manager

Location: Lekki Free Zone, Ibeju-Lekki - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Administrative Managers located in Lekki free trade zone Ibeju Lekki Lagos. The Admininstrative Manager will be responsible for overseeing these daily operations:

  • Supporting with office operations.
  • Facilitating document processing and maintaining organized file systems.
  • Contributing to employee management tasks, including termination processes, medical procedures, and handling unforeseen incidents.
  • Fulfilling additional duties as delegated.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • HND / B.Sc in Administration or any related field
  • 3 - 5 years of experience as an Administrative Manager or a related field,
  • Possesses good character traits and a pleasant personality.
  • Demonstrates adaptability to cross-cultural management environments.
  • Displays a keen willingness to learn.
  • Exhibits diligence and responsibility in their work.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
  • Experience in the biotechnology industry is a plus, Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Male, aged between 25 and 40 years.
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles.

Salary
N300,000 Monthly.
