Snappy Exchange is FinTech company registered in Nigeria. We deal with buying and selling of cryptocurrencies and other digital assets. Snappy Exchange offers the easiest and most convenient way for you to buy and sell your bitcoin and other digital assetsin Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Care Representative (Morning and Night Shift)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls.
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.
  • Online customer management and ability to resolve issues.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

Basic Requirements

  • OND or NCE qualification.
  • 1 - 2 years work experience.
  • Gender: Female.
  • Age: 20-27 years.

Salary
N70,000 monthly.
