Aspilos Foundation is a youth-led non-profit using technology & digital inclusion to drive economic growth and good governance. Our mission is to use technology to provide innovative and sustainable pathways to economic empowerment for young people and increase citizen participation in governance so they can demand accountability and good governance from public office holders.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: People and Culture Officer

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

  • Proficiency in; Nigeria labour laws, Experience with HRIS (eg Zoho people, Pade HCM),
  • Excellent written and verbal communication,
  • Manage employee entire life cycle.
  • Experience reducing attrition rate for organization.
  • Experience with end-to-end recruitment process
  • Employee relations and policy management experience
