IFGREEN Industries and Investment Limited - With a team of experienced and versatile professionals and Consultants in the Agricultural industry, IFGREEN Industries and Investment Limited was incorporated by the Corporate Affairs Commission to carry on the business of farm development, agricultural production, processing and marketing. The Company's primary focus in its early years of operations is to engage in commercial farming and industrial-scale processing of cassava into High-Quality Food Grade Cassava Starch (HQCS)for manufacturers of industrial and consumer goods.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are looking for a motivated individual as an Administrative Officer. You will track and reorder office supplies, organize key records and reports, prepare regular financial and administrative reports, take minutes of meetings, work with the company peelers, provide miscellaneous administrative support to staff as needed and be excellent in multi-tasking.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum of OND
  • Strong computer proficiency.
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential documents in softcopy on a computer system.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Attentive to details
  • Must be ready to work on Saturday.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and self-starting personality.
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
