Job Description

  • The front desk plays a crucial role in a company as it serves as the first point of contact for visitors,clients and employees.
  • Responsibilities includes greeting and directing visitors, answering and transferring phone calls, managing packages, maintaining a clean and organized reception area, and providing general administrative support to various departments.
  • Front Desk Officer often handle inquiries, provide information, and positive interactions for everyone.
