We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Analyst, Compliance Projects Delivery

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Definition of functional and non-functional requirements for IT projects & solutions.
  • Provide day-to-day direction and guidance to the development team working on the Compliance initiatives.
  • Contribute to all phases of application development from initial project initiation through deployment.
  • Collaborate with IT teams or external vendors to ensure the technical feasibility and implementation of compliance solutions.
  • Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of compliance solutions.
  • Analyze Data and generate needed insights.
  • Providing guidance during designing, creating, optimizing, and testing of application with a view to ensuring application is up to standard.
  • Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Drive adoption and change management process.
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Work closely with the compliance department and other stakeholders to identify and define compliance solution requirements.
  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

Job Requirements
Education:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer related or Business or related field.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Advanced technical skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Project management, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A track record of following through on commitments.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • A history of leading and supporting successful projects
  • Project management skills.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
