We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource Lead

Location: Lagos

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions and initiatives within the organization.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with C-Suite Management and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Duties/Responsibilities (Summary)

Develop and Implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
Manage recruitment and selection processes, including talent sourcing, interviewing and onboarding new hires.
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, while keeping them up to date with employment laws and best practices.
Oversee training and development programs to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Support in maintaining accurate and confidential HR records and documentation.
Oversee and manage Short Service Workers activities from recruitment to compensation/benefits, and exit.
Provide support and guidance to Management and employees on HR-related matters, including but not limited to performance management, employee relations and welfare.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements, company policies and oversee compensation and benefits.

Requirements, Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Human resources or a related field.
At least 4 years’ experience in a HR management role.
Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization, while also handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
A HR certification (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM or PHR) is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of employment, labour laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and critical problem solving skills.
