We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.
  • They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Strategy Development: Design and implement HR strategies that align with the bank's goals and objectives.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting a culture of respect and collaboration.
  • Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning to ensure we attract and retain top talent.
  • Training and Development: Develop and manage training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, conducting regular reviews to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
  • HR Metrics: Utilize HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
