We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: UNISUP Agent

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Summary of Role

  • Responsible for the activities required to align User roles to meet business/control requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure troubleshooting, error analysis, and user coaching.
  • Support day to day users in their use of UNISUP
  • Provide end users and key users with appropriate assistance so as to improve their knowledge of UNISUP, and communicate information about best practices, process evolutions, and new functionalities.
  • Analyze problems and difficulties pointed out by users, and propose solutions compliant with UNISUP standards.
  • Work with process leaders in order to identify recurring issues, and define communications and actions to correct them

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper in Finance, Accounting, Physical sciences, Business Management or Business Administration
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in Support and Basis activities in an SAP environment
  • Good Interpersonal Skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Good Knowledge of IT
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities.
