Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Tester

Job Description
- Do you have a passion for finding and fixing bugs? Are you a detail-oriented individual with a keen eye for usability and a drive to automate testing processes? If so, then we want you on our team!
- As a QA Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring our industry-leading online form builder application's quality, functionality, and performance.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans, including manual and automated tests, to identify bugs and defects in the Formplus application.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts*using tools like Selenium to improve test coverage and efficiency.
- Perform API testing*to ensure seamless integration between Formplus and external systems.
- Test across various browsers, operating systems, and devices to ensure consistent functionality and performance.
- Report bugs and defects using a ticketing system, providing clear and concise descriptions with reproducible steps.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
- Participate in code reviews to identify potential issues from a QA perspective.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest QA methodologies, automation testing tools, and best practices.
- Contribute to the improvement of existing QA processes, with a focus on incorporating automation.
Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years of experience in software testing, preferably with SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) with a focus on QA.
- Experience with manual and exploratory testing techniques.
- Experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium)*is a plus.
- Experience with API testing*is a plus.
- Familiarity with bug-tracking tools and reporting methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bonus Points:
- Knowledge of web development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
