Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Tester

Job Description

Do you have a passion for finding and fixing bugs? Are you a detail-oriented individual with a keen eye for usability and a drive to automate testing processes? If so, then we want you on our team!
As a QA Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring our industry-leading online form builder application's quality, functionality, and performance.

Responsibilities

Design and execute comprehensive test plans, including manual and automated tests, to identify bugs and defects in the Formplus application.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts*using tools like Selenium to improve test coverage and efficiency.
Perform API testing*to ensure seamless integration between Formplus and external systems.
Test across various browsers, operating systems, and devices to ensure consistent functionality and performance.
Report bugs and defects using a ticketing system, providing clear and concise descriptions with reproducible steps.
Collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
Participate in code reviews to identify potential issues from a QA perspective.
Stay up-to-date with the latest QA methodologies, automation testing tools, and best practices.
Contribute to the improvement of existing QA processes, with a focus on incorporating automation.

Qualifications

1 - 2 years of experience in software testing, preferably with SaaS products.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) with a focus on QA.
Experience with manual and exploratory testing techniques.
Experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium)*is a plus.
Experience with API testing*is a plus.
Familiarity with bug-tracking tools and reporting methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus Points:

Knowledge of web development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
