We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Embroidery and Monogramming Machine Operator

Locations: Asaba - Delta / Onitsha - Anambra and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

We are searching for a skilled and reliable embroidery machine operator to join our company. In this role, it will be your job to set up embroidery machines and operate them. You will also be expected to perform regular maintenance duties and provide creative advice.

Roles and Responsibilities

Analyzing and understanding project specifications and clients’ needs before starting each embroidery project.
Selecting the thread, fabric, hoops, and designs appropriate to each project.
Setting up machines and supervising the embroidery process.
Performing regular machine and inventory inspections and reporting any issues or reordering stock as required.
Providing suggestions regarding the design, placement, and fabric and thread selection.
Providing training and guidance to new staff.
Keeping track of work orders and updating records.
Communicating with clients and ensuring that all orders are sent out on time.
Drawing guides or pinning tissue paper patterns onto fabric.

Skills and Requirements

Experience as an embroidery machine operator or similar.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to work with multiple types of fabrics and patterns
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet the quality and performance standards of the position

Salary
N60,000 per month.
