Job Brief

We are looking for a creative and skilled UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a passion for creating intuitive user experiences, and the technical skills to bring their ideas to life.
As a UI/UX Designer at Uridium Technologies, you will work closely with our product, development, and marketing teams to design user interfaces and experiences for our web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve and iterate on designs.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Qualifications

Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
Familiarity with usability testing tools.
Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap, Angular, or React.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
At least 3 years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your design projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of user-system interaction.
Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
