Job Title: Floor Planning Manager
Job Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Direct Report: Real Estate Services Manager
- Floor Planning Manager will be responsible for managing all floor planning activities inducing the process, development, creation, maintenance, reset activities and tests tot all current, new, remodel and relocation stores as well as kiosk and dealer franchise locations.
- This position is responsible for maximising profit and sales through total store optimisation and allocation of space. Develop and maintain store-specific information and database illustrating store size, shape, panels, layout and location using JDAIKB
- Creates and maintains merchandise floor plan layouts and associated planogram assignment within the JDA floor planning systems. Oversee fixture layout designs provided by AutoCAD team
- Manages team of floor planning analysts and managers, scheduling their workloads, determining process, priorities and gives direction on interpreting merchandising rules within each unique store situation
- Manages creation and maintenance of survey, photo fixture layout libraries for merchandise layouts and planogram application
- Analysing data, drawing conclusions and recommending changes
- Planning long or short term business objectives or budget planning forecasting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior design or related education or field.
- Masters degree is an advantage
- Minimum of ten years work experience in the architectural and design planning field with excellent computer skills including current JDA floor planning software and AutoCAD proficiency
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of architectural and design plans including details and materials
- Successful candidate must be proficient in JDA floor planning software and JDA 1KB integration
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Able to read and apply architectural blueprints and documents
- Proven success in conveying conceptual ideations and vision
- Ideal candidate must be an innovation manager, customer focused and a problem solver
- Currently be in a similar position in an architectural practice or in a franchise
